Helena Rizor is a Physician Assistant in our Pocatello office with Dr. Walaliyadda.
She was born in Sweden. She met her sweet husband in California while she was an exchange student. She then immigrated to the United States at the age of twenty-one. Helena and her husband have three children and three cute and very fun grandchildren.
Helena enjoys spending time with family, eating healthy, exercising at the gym or outdoors, making jewelry and sewing, in her spare time.
In 1990, Helena and her family moved to Idaho from Farmington, Utah. She went to school at the University of Wyoming, Utah State University, and Idaho State University. She has been with Dr. Walaliyadda since July of 2013.
Helena said, “I love working in Rheumatology because I can see most of our patients improving over time. It is good to see their lives improve.”
